Privacy
Policy.
This policy explains what information Dialed In Solutions collects, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. We keep it plain and we keep it short.
Who we are
Dialed In Solutions (“Dialed In Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a software contracting firm. We design, build, and operate custom software, on‑premise and AI‑based systems, outreach and communications agents, data infrastructure, and related services for our clients.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect through our website, our forms, our communications with you (including by email and text message), and the services we provide directly to our own customers and prospects. When we build or operate systems on behalf of a client, that client is typically the “controller” of the end‑user data those systems process, and our handling of that data is governed by our contract with them rather than by this policy.
Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you give us
- Contact and identity details — such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and job role.
- Project information— details you share about your project, budget, goals, and requirements (for example, through our scope‑request form).
- Communications — the contents of messages you send us by email, text, form, or other channels.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data — such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, referring URLs, and timestamps, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Information from third parties
- Service providers and partners — such as analytics, hosting, communications (including SMS), and payment providers that help us operate our business.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your inquiries and provide the services you request;
- Scope, deliver, support, and improve our software, AI, and outreach services;
- Send you transactional and service messages, including by email and text message where you have provided consent;
- Operate, secure, maintain, and improve our website and systems;
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
We rely on one or more lawful bases for this processing, including your consent, the performance of a contract with you, our legitimate business interests, and compliance with legal obligations.
SMS & text messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you text (SMS/MMS) messages — for example, to respond to a request, share project updates, or send service notifications.
- Consent. We send text messages only to recipients who have opted in. You are never required to consent to receive texts as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out at any time by replying STOPto any message. You may reply HELP for assistance. For support you can also contact us at the address below.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories described under “How we share information” exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. We share mobile information only with the providers that help us deliver the messaging service itself (such as our SMS platform), and only as needed to send the messages you have requested.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf — such as hosting, analytics, email and SMS delivery, and payment processing — under contracts that limit their use of the data.
- Clients. Where you interact with a system we operate for a client, with that client as described in our agreement with them.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Dialed In Solutions, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
As noted in Section 04, text messaging opt‑in and consent data is never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Cookies & analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the site works. We may use third‑party analytics providers that set their own cookies subject to their privacy policies.
Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal, accounting, and contractual obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de‑identify it.
Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. For on‑premise systems we build, security is configured in line with the scope agreed with each client.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@dialedin.solutions. We will respond as required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in those emails and opt out of text messages by replying STOP, as described above.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process and store information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross‑border transfers of personal information.
Children's privacy
Our website and services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links & services
Our website and communications may link to or rely on third‑party sites and services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and we encourage you to review them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
